Inari-kami
The native religion of Japan, fox is in charge of bumper crops because fox preys on wild mice who eats up crops, and the fair color and the tail looks like the ear of rice. Stone statues of fox are placed at Inari-Shrines. Fox is considered as the god of crops as Inari-Kami.

Although many foxes live in Hokkaido as well, observe habits of foxes is quite difficult everywhere. "Kita-Kitsune Bokujo” offers letting foxes loose in the farm so that very cute scenes such as grooming, napping, fighting between brother can be seen close distance from you. You also observe in here Racoon Dogs live together.
